Second Comic

I think we've all been through this at one point or another...I'm thinking of labeling the dialouge so its easier to understand whose talking first.

First off, Mr. Halo sir, you're gonna just have to learn to deal with the limitations of the stripcreator. I often, when making a two-character strip, go through a couple of drafts in my head before I figure out who's gonna be on what side.

Secondly, your first comic's funnier (although the narration is excessive). The one you've posted here is confusing--I'm not sure what the explodingdog guy is doing in panel three. If he's offering to stab character 1, this needs to be more obvious. With such limited choices in the art department, the punchline sometimes needs to be overstated.

In any case, your two comics to date aren't totally incomprehensible, which already gives you an edge over most newbs. (:

A. I kinda liked both comics. Your first one was funnier. The second one looks like it's leading up to a series, and the "Punch Line" was a little weak, but the idea is good, and yes, one I can relate to.

B. Never say "Be Gentle" in the forums. Some of us will, and some will go after you like rabid dogs.

(wipes foam from mouth) Of course, I'm not that way.
