i passed the piss test and the physical and just squeeked by the blood pressure test on the 3rd try.
so i checked in a few hours early after taking a bunch of buses that only run a few hours a day, passing thru ferguson missouri, which you may have heard of and where most of the subjects come from.
steve is the one staff member i'm always glad to see. i think he's worked here thru the last 4 sets of owners. right now this place is owned by a canadian company that runs its studies as badly as
they do here, from what i've heard. i can't go to canada myself, paperwork hassles. so now it's day 2 and i got in! you -usually- don't get sent home once you've dosed, which i did this morning. 11
people went home without dosing, 25 stayed. the paperwork predicted most of us would have horrible side effects, but it turns out that wasn't true, it's just another routine set of pills, some aids
over the next 3 weeks, watch this aardvark go slowly crazy. stay tuned!
meds, and i'm always happy to do an aids study, for phil and dannon, friends of mine who died.
so i'll be here 3 weeks. 25 people plus staff crowded into 3 rooms. i've commandeered the cafeteria when they arent serving meals, so i have a quiet room away from the tv.
