I've had conversations with people on why things don't get done around here and it almost always comes back to this: "I'm waiting for a job to run."
That is an excuse, and I hate excuses. You are expected to jump in and help get the ball rolling if you're waiting around for work. Help out the coordinators and schedulers.
So in other words, in addition to doing our OWN jobs, we're expected to do other people's jobs for them, since they are too lazy and incompetent to do it themselves?
