For those who arent aware, Automan is a very , VERY dodgy 80's american "action" series involving a computer character who looks a lot like he just stepped out of Tron, that helps a nerdy reporter solve crimes.

Yes , it was as bad as it looks

Thus , hes ripe for a comic series.
