I've heard some nice things. I'd really like to here more though from the average reader. Just let me know what you like and don't like. I have fun making these, but I want to entertain as well :)

Having come from an IT background, I found the subject matter amusing. I would say that you are on the right path. My suggestion would be to cut back on usage of the narration box in every panel.

Yeah, I figured that would be an issue. I don't MEAN to always use it, but sometimes I'm just trying to get another thought, or note, or something in there that I don't want to use in the dialogue. Thanks for the response :)

I guess it's a funny situation but there needs to be some sort of punchline. It's like your being taken for granted, and you get given a job that is not in your job description. That in itself is a recipe for comic gold, maybe you should take it up a notch in a surreal fashion by having them give you jobs that are tres' craziness. "So you're in Information Technology huh? why don't you nip down the shops and buy me a newspaper?" or something, actually that's crap, I'm just streaming here.

I see what you mean. Luckily, that happens enough that I wouldn't have to make too much of it up. I know a strip about "tripping and falling" is about as funny as Chevy Chase, but something seemed interesting in it to me.

Keep coming with the comments though. This helps and I appreciate it.

Don't worry about having to 'make stuff up' seemingly Jim Davis doesn't even own a cat and he's been churning out Garfield for ever, actually Garfield sux nowadays so I don't really know where I am going with this and that thing about him not owning a cat well, I just made that up. I think the real point that I am going for here is that Jim Davis may or may not have owned a cat at some point in his life it's just that I don't fucking know one way or the other.

I own cats.

My comics are more interesting than Jim Davis's.

Ergo, get yourself a cat.

I have 2 cats. Had 3... then 4 before then. Then my sister took 2. Thus... 2 currently.

I'll ask them for some ideas.

Believe me, I'm on it. I'd prefer a puppy but my dog just died so I guess it's my girlfriends turn to pick. So we're gettin a kitten. I just hate it when you put a bowl of pasta on the floor then when you back to it you think " Hey, I don't remember putting any pepper on this yet." Then you take a closer look and see lots of little legs waving at you. I hate, hate, HATE fucking fleas, and cats magnetise the fuckers.

Maybe you're just using the wrong lubricant.

He does this all the time. My comics were just below yours and I fear he did not even look at them. I want to throw yoghurt in his eyes, spunk flavoured yoghurt, ok, just spunk. And not so much throw it in his eyes as etc.

I'd have said something about your comic if I wanted to, don't you think?

Anyway, it's pretty good. I really liked the combination of the narration boxes and the "blacker" background -- that made for a really cool visual effect -- it looked like a claustrophobic closet.

Contentwise, not much to say. Real-life work stories are as funny as they are, and the presentation won't change that too much. But you managed not to screw this one up :-)

ahh yess.... fun with morons that shouldn't even be allowed near a computer.

As long as you have that job, you'll NEVER run out of material. They always manage to reinvent the dumb question or do something incredibly stupider than whats been done before...
