Well, here's your big chance to do exactly that, and have some of that fun all for yourself! That's FUN starting to happen!

I download the separate elements and assemble them in paintbox. That's how Ben Gazzara or Robert Loggia would do it.

I've got an even better idea... someone could take a screen capture of the template, post it here as a .jpg, then everyone could use it as they please as a photoshop / paintbox template. That's how Theodore Geizel or Maarten t'Hart would have done it. I assume that Issei Sagawa would do something similar.
