The Church of Arse is not the first time Big Evil Dan and I have taken a perfectly good joke and run it mercilessly into the ground. What follows is the complete Why the Chicken Crossed the Road saga, never before posted in its entirety to the forum. May take a while to post it all (has to be one strip at a time, remember) so please be patient. Oh, and when I'm done, pretend to like it.

Those were hilarious. Reading them and laughing all the way through I started to think that maybe that's what the serial comics are missing. The playing off each other. When you too were exchanging comics back and forth, you really honed playing off the other's last comic in a funny way. It was personal that way. (Is this sounding gay?)

Seriously, though, I think we should comedically pair off once in a while and write 2 person serial comics. If it gives results half as funny as above, it would be worth it.

And now, a 2 hour nap and an 8 hour drive. I hate insomnia. :\ :)

Not screaming and flailing about like the people in the car he was driving.

Oh, and regarding the one-on-one thing... it just seems to happen, like Gabe and Bunner's relationship test strips. If you really like the format and want it to happen more, then you should do what everyone else does - find a strip you like by someone else, and write a followup. If the original author likes it, they will probably follow up again, and a serial will be born. :)
