I'd rather do something with her that wasn't in such a negative atmosphere. You would have to know what it's like to understand. It's just not a great place to be. And I don't want to come off as that kind of person, especially when I'm trying to make a good impression of having the virtues I do. So I called her and left a message and said I was not going, but maybe we could do something else another time, and I'd talk to her later.

Then I found out I couldn't go up to ice skate because the roads were gonna be bad by the time we'd be on the way home, so I got a pizza and went over my brother in law's and watched Sky Capitan so I wouldn't come home and be depressed all night.

Obviously principles are a major cock block. I don't expect many of you to understand the reasons why I wouldn't go.
