Maybe it's been done before, maybe this isn't the right place to do it, but I'm newbie enough to go for it anyway. It occurred to me that some settings are just the perfect background for just about anything. Jesus, nightclub stage, microphone. Everyone has to try it at least once. I took it a step further, Cuthulu, nightclub stage , microphone ... Cluthulu, Jesus, nightclub stage ...

I hear the screams - It's been done!! Yes, but let's see how many ways it's been done!! Show me your best. Here are the rules:

1) The background is restricted to curtain1, curtain2 or curtain3

2) Characters are restricted to Jesus, Cuthulu, and Microphone. Any combination, and you can use just one character in a panel, you can indicate voices from the audience using no character, and you can use the same character twice in the same panel.

This is not intended as a competition. I personally have no interest in saying anybody's work is any better than anyone elses. In a similar spirit to the "Asian Girls" thread elsewhere in this forum, I am simply interested in seeing other people's variations on a similar theme.

We shouldn't mock people unless they do something really stupid. Unless they're wirthling. In which case by his nature he's always doing something stupid.

As for making comic contest like threads, why not? We don't have an official Stripcreator rulebook to follow, so everyone whatever the heck they'd like. As long as it includes making fun of wirthling.
