i just saw one of those newsreel type thing from the 50's about how great the future was going to be with the flying cars all the modern conviences built into every new and affordably priced homeand all that 'futuristic' gadgetry

then i remembered that the incredible year 2008! (its gonna be so great it comes with a built in exclamation point) is just weeks away, so i came up with this. feel free to add any of the wonders that you think the futuristic year of 2008! will hold in store for us.
