Chicago Bulls season is right around the corner!

After that rough season last year you mightthink to yourself, "Grrrr.... I hate the Bulls *Grumble* *Grumble*"  While that sort of attitude is just fine when you're showing off in front of your friends, you still might want to bone up a bit and get yourself ready with some inside facts. For instance, Ben Wallace is no longer a member of the Chicago Bulls. Also the head coach is neither Scott Skiles or Jim Boylan. The new head coach is Vinny Del Negro.

Now I know that the stripcreator community has alot of passionate sports fans and some of them also follow the NBA. I've also personally ruined at least one of your fantasy nba yahoo sports leagues. So if anyone elsewould like to add their own Bulls comics or would like to write a season preview of their own personal favorite team then feel free to jump in on the fun.

Here are some of the comics I made during last years season justto wet your whistleand catch you up on my own personal take following the team on an everyday basis.

Enjoy!

I really think that Jim Boylan can get alot out of this team. Just for these guys to hear a new voice has to do something to get them back on track.
You know what? They wouldn't be in this mess if Paxson had made a move in the off season. I'm not talking about the Kobe trade either, why wasn't Paxson active in bringing some other player to help?
In Paxson's defense, he did bring in Joe Smith and alot of people felt that, that was a move that would help to take this teams offensive game to another level.
Joe Smith? I'm asking why wasn't he active in pursuing Kevin Garnett? Surely he could have come up with a better package than Boston. That's the sort of move that I want to see my GM make.
That may be true, but now you've got your cards on the table and I'll tell you exactly what those cards spell out. They spell out Jim Boylan is the new interim coach and lets see what happens.
I hold John Paxson completely responsible for the embarassment that is this Chicago Bulls season. Mr. Paxson, you should be ashamed of what you've done. Your arrogance has doomed us all.

The Bulls defeated the Bucks earlier tonight 103-99 at the United Center. Before we go any further I've gotta ask, what did you think of this team tonight with Jim Boylan as head coach?
Well, I like Gordon coming off the bench, he poured in a solid 31 points and that's something that will help this team out in the long run.
You know, talking to Boylan before the game, he is very confident that the team he is now the head coach of is a playoff team. He truly believes the Bulls will be in the playoffs this season.
I agree with him. This team is only 2 games out of the number eight seed in the east. So what? They make the playoffs and get quickly swept out in the first round. Who cares?
I'll tell you one guy that cares and that's Jim Boylan. He truly feels that if he does a good job with this team that he will be the next head coach of the Chicago Bulls.
I'm only gonna say this once. Jim Boylan will not be hired as the next head coach of the Chicago Bulls unless he wins the NBA title this year. I just don't see that happening.

I want a straight forward honest answer from you and I want you to think with your heart and not your head. Do you remove the interim tag and make Jim Boylan your head coach?
No, I don't. I'll tell you why. He hasn't proved anything to me. Sure, they've won 2 out of three since he took over, but who cares?
I'll tell you who cares, that tailor in the 16th row who's been a Bulls season ticket holder since 1982. He cares buddy!
I just don't think that--
THEY'VE SCORED OVER A HUNDRED POINTS IN ALL THREE GAMES!
Wow. I haven't seen you this excited since the Bulls drafted Eddie Curry and Tyson Chandler.

How bout that Bulls game tonight? Sure they won by 30, but the Heat are horrible. I mean c'mon, the Bulls beat em by 30 points.
You know, just when I was about to jump off the Boylon bandwagon; he decides to go and pull a stunt like this. UNELIEVABULL! 30 points? Rediculous.
So you truly believe that this win is a sign of good things to come?
Without a doubt. Without a doubt. Let me tell you something... This team was down in the dumps. A laughing stock. And then to get a win like that tonight. It's big.
Give me a prediction here. Friday night at the UC against Golden State. What's the final score gonna be?
Should be a great game. I got my tickets. Not close like those garbage men, who use all their garbage money to buy nice season tickets. I'm up here in the nosebleeds! Bulls 138 Golden State 92.

You hear Ben Gordon says he played his last game for the Bulls and expects to be playing elsewhere once the season begins?
Who needs him! We got dis Derrick Rose and we got Luol Deng and we got those two white guys... One's got a bad hair cut...
Kirk Hinrich and Andres Nocioni?
Yeah, that Nocinoni hustles like a mug!
I think Rose is gonna be pretty good.
Yeah, me too.

You know last night when Larry Hughes went down with that shoulder ijury I felt almost a tinge of joy in my cockles. I felt bad at first. You never wanna see anyone get hurt.
I'll tell you what, I was also glad, but not for one minute did I feel anything other thanlpure unadulterated joy.
Well, anything that brings this team closer to a championship is something to clebrate as far as I'm concerned.
I agree. I may be too young to remember theglory years, but I still long for a team that I can be proud to love.
Did you shit yourself? It smells awful in here.
I did.

I think this Hughes injury forces Rose into the picture quicker than they had planned. I also think that it's a beautiful thing and can't wait to watch tis kid play. I really feel he can do for Tyrus Thomas what Chris Paul did for  Tyson Chandler. I look forward to watching his developement all year.

I liked the last one best because I'm not very familiar with american sports teams.
