Here's how it goes. It's run sort of like a CC. You take the below template and make a comic out of it. Words may be added wherever you want, but all graphics must remain completely the same. I'll accept submissions until Friday. Good luck!

BTW: Wondering why this is here? I don't want to imply that this is anything official by posting in the CC forum. Just a little thing to pass the time for y'all.

Well that would certainly defeat the entire purpose of this whole thing, wouldn't it?

While not without it's charm...gamecube is the shittiest of those three systems.

No way. Dreamcast 2 (better known as XBox) is easily the worst.

Just a reminder that judging will be tonight. I know maddog00 at least has made one he still needs to post.

Oh, no way. Although I hate to admit this, with my hatred of Microsoft, the Box has really grown on me. The graphics are crisper and more detailed than PS2, there are better games than the Gamecube, and that built-in hard drive is so much more convenient than those goddarn memory cards.

But then again, I loved my Dreamcast too, so maybe I'm not much of an authority on these things.

I could easily overlook the XBox's retarded controllers if there was a significant game selection for it. Maybe as an RPG fan I'm biased, but lack of game selection is what really killed the first Dreamcast. If the XBox's game selection was half as good as the PS2's I would actually like it. But until then, PS2 rules all.

Here's my stance. Xbox has the power, Ps2 has the game selection, and Gamecube is the combination of both those.

Splinter cell on Xbox? No problem transferring it to Gamecube. I'm running a 2 gig rig with the best geforce available and noticing some slowdown playing that game.
Obviously, they're having a lot of difficulty putting it on Ps2.

I have a gamecube and a ps2, and wouldn't buy an xbox until there is reason (right now the only one is jet set radio future, which isn't different enough from jet set radio on dreamcast.) Halo is coming for PC, and Splinter Cell is already out.

Tons of great games on Gamecube. Most noticeable are: METROID PRIME, the Super Monkey Ball games, Eternal Darkness, etc. We're getting Zelda soon, and while I'm not the biggest fan of the series, it should still be pretty fun.

Ps2 right now still has the game selection, but Nintendo's hardware is the easiest to program for, and almost as powerful as the Xbox. Gamecube still needs more games.

My friend has an Xbox, so any time I really need to play Jet Set or Shenmue 2, I can. I just wish all the companies would chill and just produce quality games.

Well I don't think anyone can argue PS2 isn't the best for RPGs, which is by far my highest priority. Biased? Yes, I am.

BTW I think I'll judge around 10 (EST). This is your last chance to whip up something.

...and I think we have a winner here! Took me a while to figure it out, but this one's good. Don't worry, the rest of y'all, they were all good - but this one just takes the cake. ^_^

Thank y'all for participatin' in this. I hope to have the next one up sometime soon.

The Dreamcast was a nice system, but it was heavily flawed. Grandia 2 has a 10% chance of running whenever I boot it up. And my Dreamcast scratched Crazy Taxi so bad that I can't play it anymore.

Shenmue's a good buy for it, and while it's gonna be an (expensive) import, Shenmue 2's nice too. You can even fix up your save file so that an NTSC US Shenmue save will work for the PAL or NTSC J version of Shenmue 2, if you have the 2.0 or above version of the Internet browser. It isn't that big a deal if you have an X-box though.

I think the PS2 is looking pretty strong in the RPG category. I think they have Square alone to thank for that.
