It's from the book of a UK sitcom called Father Ted in the section where he recalls some jokes.

Wow. After a slow start you've got some pretty good comics. My favorite was

although the stupid Internet shorthand took a way from it a bit, and Moses' comment in the third panel seemed thrown together at the last minute. It was still pretty funny, though. I also somewhat liked
