What the fuck is it with the way people portray Asian dialect sometimes? You cant just substitute the letter R for the letter L and vice-versa. Possums if a Chink was to say the word 'lorry' then using your one-size fits all method that would be written as 'rolly'. Which then prompts the question that if said Oriental is able to pronounce Rs and Ls in the same word then he should also be able to do it in the correct order (to say 'lorry').

Either have him pronounce Rs as Ls or Ls as Rs. You can't have him do both.

Oh and everybody is going down. Oh yes etc.

I bet you didn't know that the capital of North Carolina was founded by Chinese truckers, did you?

(Ok, serious answer: It's like those optical illusions when you see a gray figure on a black background, and one on a white background, and the latter one looks darker even though they're the same color; the speaker makes the same l/r hybrid sound, but when you'r expecting an l it sounds mor r-ish, and vice versa.)

As for trash talking, all I have to say is I'm going to beat Spankling so bad, it will take a sandblaster to wipe the smile off his face.

I am not buying that. I'ts not ironic to do what everybody else does when they try to write the way that dialect sounds to Westerners. It's stereotypical and there is nothing wrong with that IMO. I was just saying the formula doesn't stand up to close scrutiny.
And Kauf was saying that maybe it does.
